20 Minute Method
The “20 MINUTE METHOD” is a daily “re-set” program with the purpose of empowering the well-being of every individual through a very “doable” twenty minutes of mindfulness practice. Think of “ a necessary realignment”, encouraging better perspective and focus, allowing calmness within our often chaotic lifestyles.
The “20 MINUTE METHOD” is a program recognizing our existential need to slow down. The practice allows an individual, to respond to their own needs, therefore stepping back and stopping the modern day agenda aka “the glorification of busy-ness”!
This is a "do anywhere” mindfulness program incorporating a mix of :
Yoga
Meditation
Gratitude
Yoga, anywhere! ( Ten minutes on the mat, in the chair, at the wall, on the plane, in your bed!). Meditation, anywhere! (5 minute open eyed, closed eyed, discreet breath work, or moving meditations). Gratitude, of course, anywhere! ( 5 minute practice of setting intention for your day, offering gratitude, mindful eating, or journaling). Working within this “20 MINUTE METHOD” practice, you can create your personalized mindfulness program to work your schedule….maybe the full 20 mins becomes mindful eating today or gentle yoga?
